You can easily and safely order your wallpaper on Les Dominotiers website. The wallpaper purchased on the website is manufactured in France before being delivered to you without intermediaries directly to you or your company.
The prices on the website including VAT
The prices are indicated inclusive of VAT, the VAT applicable will be that in force on the day of the order. It may be modified according to the tax rules in force. Prices are indicated by product category and may vary according to the periods during which special offers will be organised.
Order Confimation
Once your order has been received, we will send you a confirmation email containing your order information. Make it a habit to always check this order confirmation so that everything seems to be fine with your expectations. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately via email hello@dominotiers.com. Keep the order confirmation in a safe place so that you have the necessary information to contact customer service. It is preferable that you have your customer and order number registered. In case of cancellation or modification of your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Returns and Complaints
The wallpaper is custom-made to fit your wall and cannot be returned, only the rolls can be returned.
All our products are sold with a one-year warranty and a three-year right of complaint in accordance with the French Consumer Protection Act. The product warranty only covers the initial error, i. e. the errors contained in the product at the time of delivery. Defective or damaged products on arrival are returned and exchanged free of charge.
We do not reimburse additional costs that may arise due to a product that is damaged or defective, such as overtime, materials or other. It is the customer's responsibility to check the product before installing it. We do not refund any damage caused by failure to comply with the installation instructions. If a dispute arises, the recommendations of the Public Complaints Committee will be followed.
